As the ad designer, I bring to the Clipper more than 20 years of graphic design and advertising experience. The “artsy” stuff carries on into my hobbies — quilting, sewing, photography, and music. I was born in Detroit but grew up in New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, California, and a few places in-between. I ended up in Washington ’cause I was just sick and tired of all those sunny southern California days. (Oh, did I mention I was sick of the smog, the traffic, and the congestion too?)
